Tip of the Day: Start with plot and character…

When delving into the editing of a new manuscript, you should start with plot and character. Some writers are happy to focus on characters, however, other writers find that their plots drive their character development. There is nothing wrong with either approach. Whether you start by looking at your plot or your characters, that is where you need to start (not punctuation and grammar).
